If you contact us in our office hours we will try to answer you as fast as possible - it usually takes 30-60 minutes. Please note that it really depends on your request/question. Requests sent outside of our opening hours will be answered on the following day.

Contacting us to remove Google results is okay but we can't really help you. Deleting contents from 3rd parties are not upon us so we can't guarantee that the unwanted content will be removed on the same day.
